How long does the in-home estimate take?
About 45 minutes to an hour. Our estimator walks through your space, takes measurements, brainstorms ideas with you, and gives you a guesstimate before they leave — so you’re not left waiting days for a number.
Is the estimate really free? Any obligation?
100% free, zero obligation. You’ll walk away with a ballpark number and zero pressure. If you want to move forward, great — we’ll schedule a showroom visit. If not, no hard feelings.
What should I have ready before the estimator arrives?
Nothing special. Just have a general idea of what you’d like to change — even if it’s vague. Pinterest boards, magazine photos, or just a general feeling is plenty. Our estimator will guide the conversation from there.
What happens at the showroom visit?
That’s where you pick out every design detail — tile, fixtures, finishes, layout. We walk you through the entire selection process so you’re not overwhelmed or guessing. Think of it as a personal design consultation, included at no extra charge.
Do I get to see what it'll look like before you start?
Yes. Once your selections are finalized, we create a realistic 3D rendering of your new space so you can see exactly what you’re getting before any work begins.
